- Yes. Overseas companies can hire employees in India through Assetze's Employer of Record service. The employee is formally employed by SP Ecorework Pvt Ltd., while your company manages their day-to-day work.
- Yes. You can begin with one employee and expand your team according to your hiring plans. We'll confirm the commercial terms for your requirements.
- SP Ecorework Pvt Ltd. is the Indian legal employer. Your business retains responsibility for directing the employee's day-to-day work and making its business and staffing decisions.
- You can select your own candidates and use Assetze for their employment administration. Recruitment assistance can be discussed as a separate service.
- Onboarding timelines depend on the required documents, employment arrangements and any requested background verification. We'll confirm the expected timeline for each hire. Background verification is handled separately and typically takes at least two to three days.
- Your company makes the business decisions concerning its employees. Assetze coordinates the required employment administration through the legal employer, including applicable notices, final payroll, settlements and documentation.
